  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt - vanilla or plain
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax


  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
