Summer Vegetable Medley

yellow bell pepper
orange bell pepper
peeled and diced
thinly sliced red onion
marinated artichoke hearts
hearts of palm, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and add salt and pepper to taste.
For best results, refrigerate for an hour or longer before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
