Instructions
Season fish with House Seasoning Blend.
Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat.
Add filets to hot pan and cook on each side 3-4 minutes.
Take off heat and place fish on spare plate.
Add spinach to taco shell
Flake half a filet for each taco.

Add Cheese
: Really any kind you like but try Cotija or mexican blend.

Buy premade Pico de Gallo, salsa or precut vegetables.

Use different spice blends for example:

Alternate cooking method tip:
Grill your fish on an outdoor or indoor grill or bake in the oven if you prefer.
