In a bowl combine provolone and mozzarella cheese; reserve 1/4 cup and set aside.
Add ricotta cheese, sour cream, seasoning mix and garlic to the cheeses; stir to combine.
Spread mixture into a small baking dish (8x8 square dish or pie plate).
Spread reserved cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with baguette slices or crackers.

This Recipe Can be Doubled: This is a great recipe for a crowd. Simply increase the ingredients proportionately and split it into two baking dishes before baking or a large Crock Pot.
Add Meat: Sausage, Pepperoni, ham or whatever you like.
Spice it Up: Try some chilies, red pepper flakes or hot sauce to give it a kick to taste.
Add Veggies: Enhance with grilled onions, pepper or mushrooms into the dip.
Whipped Ricotta Dip: This dip is perfect with whipped ricotta.
Drizzle: Use a infused extra virgin olive oil on top of the baked dip. Lemon Zest or a little lemon juice add great flavor.
