Cut potatoes into cubes and cover with water. Add 1 cup white vinegar and a dash of kosher salt and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes and drain. At this point you can put them in a Ziploc bag or bowl until you are ready to grill.
Preheat grill over high.
Put potatoes into large bowl and drizzle with olive oil until well coated.
Add 1 cup malt vinegar and 1 tsp kosher salt and mix well.
Place potatoes on to a square of aluminum foil and seal the top.
Place on grill over indirect high heat
*To cook over indirect heat put one burner on high and turn the adjacent burner off. Place the potatoes on the side of the grill that the burner is turned off*
Allow to cook until tender, stirring occasionally so they don't stick to the foil.
