Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon olive in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add peppers and onion; saute for 5-7 or until tender.
Then add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
Remove from skillet and add to slow cooker.
In the same pan, add remaining tablespoon olive oil.
Season beef with House Seasoning Blend and add to skillet; add Worchestershire sauce.
Saute 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.
Remove from skillet and add to slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Notes

Low Carb:
Dip with pepper slices, mushrooms or cucumber slices.
Top:
Top your Philly cheese steak dip with chopped tomatoes. green onions or French’s fried onions.
Spicy:
Try adding a little pepper jack cheese.
