Wrap one slice of prosciutto around each asparagus spear, starting at the bottom and working your way to the top.
Place the wrapped asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet.
Repeat with remaining asparagus.
Drizzle olive oil on top of the asparagus.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Flip asparagus and bake for another 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Trim your asparagus: The best way to trim asparagus is to hold the stalk near the bottom in one hand and about half way up in the other hand. Bend the stalk until it snaps. Line up the rest of the asparagus with that stalk and trim.
Serve this as a side dish: You can easily make this into a side dish by bundling 3 asparagus stalks together and wrapping them in a slice of prosciutto.
Serve them cold or warm: This is a great recipe to serve warm or at room temperature.
