Notes
Bacon: The more bacon the better! So add a few more ounces of your favorite.
Add Different Cheese: This recipe is a sour cream dip loaded with sharp or mild cheddar cheese, but you can use other cheeses as well. Use Cheddar Jack, Gouda, or other good melting cheese.
Variation tip: Frozen corn can be added to make crack corn dip. Try low fat sour cream for less calories.
Alternate cooking method tip: Slow Cooker is a great way to cook this recipe. Put in the ingredients and cook for an 1-2 hours on low.
Dippers: For dippers, use nachos, tortilla chips, carrot sticks, cucumber slices, or celery sticks.
Double the Recipe: If you're having a party, everyone will love crack dip if you make plenty for everyone. Just double the ingredients, and you'll have a lot of dip for all your guests.
