First boil the pasta in lightly salted water to al dente according to package directions. When it is done cooking drain in a colander and rinse for several minutes with cold water to cool the pasta completely.
While the pasta is cooking chop the chicken into bite size pieces and place in a large mixing bowl. Pour a little buffalo wing sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder, and garlic powder to the mixing bowl. Add in buffalo wing sauce, if you like a more mild buffalo taste use ¼ of a cup, if you like it hotter add more, up to ½ of a cup. Mix thoroughly.
Add in pasta and stir to coat thoroughly. Fold in blue cheese, green onions and celery until well incorporated.
Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
