Instructions
Whisk together the batter in a bowl and set aside. Cut the crusts off the bread.
Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
Lightly, Spread mascarpone cheese on bread Layer sliced strawberries on the bread and roll. Pinch together the ends.
Dip in french toast batter.
Continue with all of the roll ups. Melt butter in a hot skillet or griddle Cook until golden brown on all sides.
Notes
Add More Toppings:
Try topping with whipped cream, more fruit, nuts or powdered sugar.
