Instructions
Place cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a medium-sized bowl.
Use an electric mixer to cream the ingredients until smooth and combined.
Add ranch seasoning, then beat together and taste to adjust.
Add cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions. Stir together until combined.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with additional cheese, bacon and green onions, if desired.
Notes
Top:
Fresh chives, parsley or other herbs.
Add Heat:
Horseradish, pepper sauce or hot sauce or other spices.
Short cut tip:
Feel free to add purchase pre cooked bacon or real bacon bits for convenience..
Variation tip:
Not just for crackers, dip chicken nuggets or wings, as a base for focaccia or pizza. Great with potato skins or tots.
Alternate ingredient:
Plain Greek Yogurt can replace the sour cream.
