Valentine Chocolate Cracker Bark

sleeve saltine crackers
▢

butter
▢

cup
brown sugar
▢

white chocolate

M&Ms

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay crackers out in a single layer.
Melt butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan over medium/high heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour mixture over crackers, and work quickly to spread it evenly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
While that is baking, chop white chocolate and melt over a double boiler.
When crackers are done, remove from the oven, and spread melted chocolate over them.
Top with M&Ms and sprinkles.
Refrigerate for one hour to cool, then remove and gently break into pieces.
Notes
Food Coloring:
Make the White Chocolate pink or red to match the day.
Different Candy:
Use sweet or sour candy to create your own unique bark.
Nuts:
You favorite chopped nuts such as walnuts or pecans can be added.
Candy Bags:
Add Valentine card tags and put in
these
festive gift bags.
Alternate Ingredients:
Crushed pretzels, coconut or candy hearts with sayings can be used.
