cooked and cut into 1/2-inch pieces

shredded Cheddar cheese

green onions

Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray.
In large bowl, whisk eggs and milk together until smooth.
Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into quarters.
Gently fold biscuit pieces into egg mixture to coat evenly. Stir in bacon, cheese and onions.
Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish, making sure that biscuit pieces are in single layer.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Bake for 23 to 28 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Add Ham:
Make the casserole with a cooked ham or even a combination of all the different meats.
Vegetables:
Add your favorite vegetables such as mushrooms, onions or asparagus.
Variation tip:
Try using your favorite cheese blend such as Mexican blend, Italian cheese blends or a wonderful gruyere.
Dietary consideration tip:
Make with a low fat or fat free cheese. Use an egg alternative or low fat meats.
