Place aluminum foil in your instant pot, so you can remove them ham easier.
At the bottom of the instant pot, add half of the brown sugar.
Place the ham on top of the brown sugar.
Put the pineapple slices between the ham slices.
Pour pineapple juice over the ham.
Top the ham with remaining brown sugar.
Turn on the instant pot, with the vent sealed, on high for 15 minutes. (It takes about 20 minutes to decompress)
Do a quick release. Remove from instant pot, serve while hot.

Notes
Out of Brown Sugar: If you are out of brown sugar, make you own by combining 1 cup of granulated sugar with 1 tbsp of molasses.
Spices: For added flavor depth, you can mix some spices into the brown sugar. You can add spices such as cinnamon, ground cloves, allspice, and/or nutmeg.
Honey: Honey adds a lot of ham flavor. Honey Ham is always a favorite.
Crispy skin: Remove ham from inside the pressure cooker and place ham under the broiler.
