Place gnocchi in a large bowl and drizzle with oil, tossing to coat all of the dumplings completely. Add a bit more oil, if needed.
Sprinkle half of the garlic salt on the gnocchi, stir well and add the remaining half, ensuring all gnocchi are seasoned.
Add the gnocchi to the air-fryer basket and bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring at least once halfway through the cooking time.
