Cheesy Party Potatoes
These cheesy party potatoes are the ultimate side dish—creamy hash browns baked in a rich, cheesy sauce and topped with a golden crunchy crust. Perfect for holidays, potlucks, or weeknight dinners, they’re easy to make, easy to love, and always a crowd favorite.

Ingredients
- 26 ounces Hashbrowns, 1 bag, thawed
- 16 ounces Sour cream
- 10.5 ounces Cream of chicken soup, 1 can
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 8 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 cups Corn flakes, crushed
- 6 Tablespoons Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉, and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Crush and measure the corn flakes.
- In a large bowl, stir together the hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese, and seasonings, along with ½ cup of melted butter.
- Spread the mixture in the casserole dish, then top with the crushed corn flakes and drizzle the 6 tablespoons of melted butter over the top.
- Transfer the casserole dish to the oven and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, until the corn flake topping is golden.
