  • 1 cup frozen triple berry mix
  • ½ cup apple juice

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients in blender.
  • Blend ingredients for 10 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately.

Christina's Notes

  • Add Protein: Make it healthier by adding protein to this smoothie.
  • Ice: For a thicker smoothie add ice to make it.
  • Variation tip: Bananas or other fruit can be added.
  • Seeds: Chia seeds, hemp seeds or flax seed can all be added to the smoothie to add more nutrients.
