Crock Pot Cream Cheese Corn Dip
5 from 9 votes
This addictive Cream Cheese Corn Dip is the perfect appetizer for any occasion, from game day parties to backyard barbecues. Just toss the ingredients in the slow cooker and let it simmer to creamy, cheesy perfection.
Combine the fiesta corn, jalapeno, and shredded cheese in the bowl of a slow cooker. Stir to mix.
Place the cream cheese on top of the corn mixture.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and set to cook on low for 2 hours. Halfway through the cook time, remove the lid and stir the ingredients to mix the cream cheese into the corn mixture. Continue cooking for the remaining time.
Christina's Notes
Serve it in Bread: Hollow out a bread bowl and place the dip in it. The corn dip is delicious hot. But the corn dip hot or cold is awesome.
Lime Juice: Feel free to add wedges of fresh lime with the dip.
Variation tip: Crumble some bacon on top to add a little meat.
Top: Garnish with chopped green onion or fresh herbs such as parsley.
