Garlic Herb Compound Steak Butter
This Garlic Herb Steak Butter is the easy way to take your steaks to the next level. Packed with bacon, garlic, Parmesan, and herbs, this compound butter melts beautifully over hot meat or veggies—ready in minutes and totally make-ahead friendly.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter, softened at room temperature
- 1 Tablespoon Bacon bits
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chives, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Place the butter in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Add in the bacon bits, garlic and grated Parmesan and beat with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes, until completely combined.
- Season to taste with parsley, chives, salt and pepper. Beat for 30 seconds until just combined.
- Place butter in a small mason jar or wrap with parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to use.
