No ratings yet
This Garlic Herb Steak Butter is the easy way to take your steaks to the next level. Packed with bacon, garlic, Parmesan, and herbs, this compound butter melts beautifully over hot meat or veggies—ready in minutes and totally make-ahead friendly.
Place the softened butter in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the crumbled bacon, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and fully combined, about 1 minute.
Add the parsley, chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix just until incorporated.
Transfer the butter to a small container, or place it on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it into a log.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Slice and serve over steaks, grilled vegetables, potatoes, or bread.
Christina's Notes
Add the fresh herbs at the end and mix gently to preserve their texture and flavor.
For the cleanest slices, chill the butter log for at least 1 hour before serving.
This butter is excellent on steak, corn on the cob, roasted potatoes, eggs, and toasted bread.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Freeze tightly wrapped for up to 3 months.
Let refrigerated butter sit at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving for easier spreading.
