Ham and Pickle Roll Ups
Pickle Roll Ups are so easy to make in 10 minutes using just 3 ingredients. Deli ham with a layer of cream cheese, all rolled around a dill pickle is really the perfect appetizer.
Equipment
- Butter knife
- Sharp Knife
Ingredients
- 8 slices Ham, rectangle shape
- 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
- 3 Pickle spears, cut into thirds
Instructions
- Lay the slices of ham flat on a cutting board or mat, and spread ½ oz of cream cream cheese over each slice.
- Cut each pickle spear into thirds, and lay one at the narrow edge of each ham slice.
- Roll the ham slice up over the pickle, until it meets the other end of the slice.
- Insert 4 toothpicks into the roll, and cut in between each toothpick, making 4 appetizers out of each ham roll.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, then serve and enjoy!

- Double This Recipe: This is a great recipe for a crowd. Simply increase the ingredients proportionately.
- Sauce: Serve with fun sauces like ranch dressing and mustards for dipping this pickle wrap finger food.
- Toothpicks: Use fun toothpicks to secure the roll ups.
- Other Meat: Use turkey or roast beef, pimento loaf, salami or corned beef instead of ham.
- Toppings: Add some everything bagel seasoning on top of the cream cheese. It's the perfect addition!
- Pickle Juice: If you're a pickle fanatic, save some of the pickle juice to make dill pickle dip or pickle shots. These are always a hit!
