In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Turn off heat and add olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and House Seasoning Blend.
Stir until combined.
Brush corn with butter mixture.
Grill corn for about 10 minutes, rotating periodically until each side is cooked and slightly charred.
Remove corn from grill.
Brush again with garlic butter.
Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Notes
Try Different Cheeses: Try sprinkling Asiago, Reggiano or Feta cheese. Or a combination of them!
This Recipe Can be Doubled: This is a great recipe for a crowd. Simply increase the ingredients proportionately and feed the whole crew at your next barbeque.
Make it a Salad: If you don’t have room on the grill, make the corn early, strip the corn kernels from the cob and make an amazing salad.
