Oatmeal:

steel cut oats

Instructions
Combine oatmeal ingredients in slow cooker. Stir to mix and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Give oatmeal a good stir before serving. Top with desired toppings and additional coconut milk if desired.
