Instructions
Thai Chili Sauce
Combine ingredients in a small bowl; stir until combined.
Set aside until ready to use.
Asian Slaw
Prepare as directed
Burgers
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix with hands until thoroughly combined.
Form into 4 patties.
Grill until desired doneness.
Place each burger on bottom half of roll.
Top burger with a 1/4 cup of Asian Slaw.
Spread Thai Chili Sauce on inside of top bun.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Add an Egg:
Place a fried egg on top for even mor flavor.
Variation tip:
Use lettuce leaves in place of a bun for a keto version of this recipe. Serve with a side of carrots or celery.
Alternate ingredient
: Sriracha sauce to taste can be added for more flavor in place of ketchup.
Alternate cooking method tip:
Make these on the oven in a grill pan or electric grill. Use an air fryer if you prefer.
