Homemade Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados - pitted and diced
  • 1 lime - juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 plum tomatoes - diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion - diced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic - minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro - minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, onion garlic and cilantro; mix in black pepper.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving for best results.

  • Chop it Perfectly: Get this mini food processor to make it quick and also to make sure all the pieces are uniform.
