Frozen Bananas: Using ice cubes to thicken up your smoothie can actually water it down as it melts. To avoid that but still make a thick smoothie, use frozen bananas!
Yogurt: Flavored yogurt with fruit or a vanilla Greek yogurt can be used.
Pineapple: You could use fresh pineapple in my smoothies because I love both the fruit and its juice.
Sweetness: Honey, maple syrup or added sugar can be used in place of agave nectar.
Add Protein Powder: Vanilla protein powder would make this pineapple blueberry smoothie a delicious protein smoothie.
Make Dairy Free: To make this delicious smoothie dairy free, use a non-dairy milk and yogurt.
