Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Place three pretzels in a shamrock shape on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Place a Rolo on in the center.
Repeat with remaining pretzels.
Bake pretzels for 2 minutes, or until the Rolo is soft, but not completely melted.
Remove pretzels from oven and immediate press three M&Ms into each Rolo.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Add Sprinkles:
Fun sprinkles will make these st patrick's day snacks pop, simply add after the M&Ms before the chocolate hardens.
Green Melting Chocolate:
Truly a fun twist, dip the pretzels in green melting chocolate and allow to harden before making the shamrocks.
Variation tip:
A popsicle stick can be used in place of a pretzel stick.
Nuts:
Sprinkle with crushed nuts for a crunch.
