Instructions
Spray an iron skillet with cooking spray.
Place frozen rolls in the skillet, leaving enough room for the rolls to rise.
Cover skillet with a clean dish towel and place in a warm place to rise until doubled in size.
This may take several hours.
After rising, brush rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
Bake according to the package directions on the rolls (usually 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes), until rolls are a deep golden brown on top.
Notes
Add Different Herbs:
Rosemary is not the only herb that you can use for these dinner rolls,
Italian Seasoning
or fresh garlic can be used as well.
Short cut tip:
Enhance store bought rolls with this recipe to give them a kick.
Variation tip:
This dough can be shaped into breadsticks for an alternative use.
Alternate ingredient:
Olive oil can be utilized in place of butter for dairy sensitivity or vegan use.
Finish:
Top with extra butter before serving for a glossy finish and presentation.
