Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4 Tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Stir together dry ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, combine milk, vanilla and oil.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Batter will be thick.
  • Carefully fold in blueberries.
  • Pour batter onto greased skillet or griddle using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  • Brown on both sides and serve hot.
