Velveeta Mac and Cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large pot, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in large sauce pan, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium-low heat.
Add flour and stir for one minute until it starts to gets pasty.
Whisk in the milk. Continue to cook over medium-low heat, whisking occasionally, until the milk begins to thicken — about 5 minutes.
Add Velveeta, All Purpose Seasoning Blend and dried mustard and stir until cheese is melted and creamy.
Add macaroni and stir to combine. Transfer to a 13x9 baking dish.
Melt the remaining 1/4 cup of butter and combine with Panko; Stir to combine.
Spread panko mixture on top of the prepared macaroni and cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
Notes
Meat:
Add bacon bits or ham, ground beef or turkey or chicken or whatever leftover meat you have.
Veggies:
Try spring peas, broccoli, diced or Rotel style tomatoes or sliced mushrooms for this super easy homemade recipe.
Variation tip:
Replace the panko with butter crackers or French's fried onions.
