brown sugar

chili powder

ground cumin

garlic powder

teaspoon
pepper

tablespoon
olive oil

fresh peaches

Instructions
Spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray.
Preheat grill to medium high.
While grill is heating, mix the brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper In a small bowl.
Add olive oil and stir until it forms a wet paste.
Using paper towels, pat the pork loin dry.
Rub the pork loin with the spicy blend, making sure to evenly coat the entire loin.
Slice the peaches in half and remove the pit.
Grill the pork loin, on each side for approximately 10 minutes, or until internal temp of the pork reaches 145 degrees.
During the last 10 minutes of grilling, place the peaches, cut side down, on the grill.
Let the pork rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with the grilled peaches.
