packages of chicken flavored ramen noodles

tablespoons
peanut butter
▢

Sweet Chili Sauce

low sodium soy sauce

fish sauce
▢

teaspoon
Sriracha

green onions

Instructions
Prepare ramen according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce.
When the ramen are finished cooking, reserve 1 cup of the broth and drain the remaining broth from the noodles.
Pour reserved broth and sliced green onions into the bowl with the peanut butter mixture and whisk until creamy.
Add noodles and toss to combine.
Top with chopped peanuts.
