Glazed Bacon Crackers

Townhouse crackers

Brown sugar

Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Cut each bacon slice into quarters
Place a rack on top of a rimmed baking sheet
Place crackers on rack - you can place them close together
Place one bacon quarter on each cracker
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cayenne
Sprinkle a small amount of the brown sugar mixture on top of the bacon
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp
Notes
Add Cheese:
For cheesy bacon crackers, add some parmesan or Romano cheese.
Spice:
Feel free to make your crackers a little spicier if you want to kick up the heat.
Variation tip:
Try a different flavor of Townhouse crackers, flatbreads, or other crispy crackers.
Air Fryer:
To air fry these crackers, cook them at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
