In a small bowl prepare the sauce by combining the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth; Set aside.
Spray a 13x9 baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with non-stick spray. Slice the rolls in half, lengthwise. Lay the bottom half of the rolls in the pan.
Brush an even layer of the sauce on the bottom half of the rolls.
Next, layer on the roast beef and the cheese in an even layer.
Brush an even layer of the sauce on the underneath of the top half of the rolls. The sauce will be on the side that goes on top of the beef and cheese.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, parmesan cheese and Everything but the Bagel Seasoning. Brush melted butter over the top of the slider and bake for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Cut into individual sliders before serving. Serve with remaining Dijon sauce.
