Grilled Pork Chops Marinade

Ingredients

soy sauce

vegetable oil

water

lemon pepper seasoning

minced garlic
Instructions
In a resealable bag, combine soy sauce, oil, water, lemon pepper seasoning and garlic.
Add pork chops to bag and make sure each one is covered in the marinade.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat grill to medium high.
Grill pork chops for about 7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Notes
Add Vinegar:
Apple Cider vinegar, Red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar can break down the tissue and make the meat tender.
Fresh Herbs:
Fresh rosemary, thyme or parsley to finish the dish.
Variation tip:
Cook indoors on a grill pan, spray the grates with a non stick spray and cook any time of year. Also, try cooking in the oven.
Alternate ingredient:
Feel free to add a touch of sweetness with brown sugar, honey or maple syrup to the brine.
Lemon:
More lemon can be add zing, use lemon juice or lemon zest.
Different Sauce:
Worcestershire sauce, liquid aminos or coconut aminos can replace the soy sauce.
