Crispy Spiced Potato Wedges

Ingredients

russet potatoes
▢

tablespoon
olive oil
▢

tablespoons
House Seasoning blend

teaspoons
garlic powder
▢

teaspoon
paprika
▢

Italian Seasoning blend
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Cut in half length wise, then cut each half into quarters length wise.
Place potatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil and seasonings.
Toss until all potatoes are even coated.
Spread in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until fork tender.
Notes
Add Cheese:
A smattering of Parmesan really elevate these wedges.
Fresh Herbs:
Sprinkle with your favorite fresh herbs such as fresh parsley, fresh basil or thyme.
Alternate ingredient:
Heat, a dash of your favorite hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
Alternate cooking method tip:
Air fryer and cook for 10 minutes on one side and 5 on the other side at 400 degrees.
