Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease a 9x9 baking pan and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium low heat, add butter, milk and sugar; stir continuously until it just starts to bubble.
Remove from heat and stir in milk chocolate chips.
Add chocolate mixture to a large bowl and stir in the eggs, one at a time, until fully combined.
Stir in vanilla and coffee.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda into the mixture.
Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased 9×9 pan.
Bake for 30 -35 minutes at 325 degrees.
Notes
Add White Chocolate Chips:
Make even more fun with white chocolate chips.
Frosting:
Top the coffee brownies with a velvety chocolate frosting.
Variation tip:
Warm the brownie in the microwave and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Alternate ingredient:
Don't like chocolate too sweet try adding a bittersweet chocolate.
