Sriracha Spicy Deviled Eggs
Appetizers and Dips
hard boiled eggs
sweet chili sauce
House Seasoning Blend
parsley or other herb for garnish
Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and transfer to the bowl of a food processor.
Add mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, Sriracha and House Seasoning Blend.
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Transfer to a piping bag and fill egg white halves with filling.
Top with garnish of choice.
Add Fresh Herbs:
Top with cilantro, fresh dill, fresh parsley or whatever you wish.
Short cut tip:
Purchase your eggs hard boiled and peeled already from your local grocery store.
Add vinegar or pickle relish to taste for this deviled egg recipe without vinegar if you wish. Sprinkle with smoked paprika if you wish.
Alternate cooking method tip:
The Instant Pot is a good way to boil eggs, simply cook on high for 5 minutes than natural release for 5 and then manual release and place in cold water or an ice bath.
No Food Processor:
Usea fork to mash yolks and stir the rest of the ingredients into the egg yolk mixture.
on a pretty serving platter and top with a jalapeno so everyone knows they are hot. They are such a great appetizer.
