Expert Tips for Making the Best Grilled Steak Fajitas
Steak Prep: Make sure that you give the steak at least the two hours to marinate, this allow the steak to absorb all the flavors, most importantly, make sure you allow the steak to rest before cutting so all the juices return to the meat.
Season it Up: The Homemade Fajita Spice is amazing. So give the finished meal a dash or two to up the flavor.
Add Some Different Vegetables: Don't be afraid to mix up your vegetables, mushrooms, zucchini sticks or a kick from pickled Jalapeno peppers would great.
Cheese: I love a little Cheese on my fajitas, try Queso Fresco, Cheddar or Queso Panela.
