Add the almond bark, chopped pecans, crushed pretzels, and both sets of chocolate chips. Cook on high for 1 hour and then stir.
Allow to cook for an additional 30 mins and stir.
If your chocolate is not smooth, add an oil (Extra virgin olive oil, vegetable oil or melted coconut) one tablespoon at a time until chocolate smooth. (should take no more than 2-3 tablespoons. Scoop mixture onto parchment lined baking sheets.

Allow clusters to set a room temperature for 1.5-2 hours or until set.
Notes
Nuts: To mix it up you could use pistachios, almonds or walnuts in these crock pot Christmas crack candy.
Replace: No caramel bits at the grocery store? Instead of caramel bits, you can pour the mixture over a whole caramel square for more chewy gooey goodness.
Extract: Make peppermint candy by adding a little mint extract to the crockpot candy recipe.
Finish: Top with a little sea salt or colorful sprinkles.
