of leftover porketta
Sliced red onion
Slice rolls in half lengthwise.
Spread 1 tablespoon of Garlic Lemon Aioli on cut sides of the rolls.
Place 2-4 slices of porketta on the bottom of each of the rolls.
Top porketta with 1/4 cup of baby arugula on each sandwich.
Recipe Can be Modified
: Make Sliders for a group, they won't be disappointed.
Change up your Bread:
I love a ciabatta or a panini for this porchetta sandwich
Melt your favorite cheese on the toasted roll. You will not be in heaven.
I like the zing of basil in this sandwich.
