Instant Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni
of ground beef
House Seasoning Blend
brick of velveeta cheese
Set instant pot to sauté and brown the ground beef. Add spices.
Pour beef broth in and add pasta. Seal the lid and pressure valve close. Set to pressure cook on high for 6 minutes.
Manually release pressure valve and open lid. Stir in cheeses.
Onion, mushrooms, spinach, peppers are all great additions.
Sausage, ground turkey, pork or veal all work well.
Different noodles like bow ties can be use, a whole wheat pasta or even a high protein gluten free pasta.
Feel free to add a variety of cheeses, shredded cheese blends are great or a nacho cheese blend adds a nice kick.
Try adding a
Italian Seasoning Mix
Homemade Fajita Seasoning
to make it even spicier.
