Add all of your ingredients to the Instant Pot. Add enough water to fill to your max line within the inner pot in your Instant Pot.
Set to High Pressure for 120 minutes.
Allow for a natural release.
Once the pressure has completely released, allow it to cool as it will be quite hot.
Transfer the broth to a mason jar, or glass storage container to keep fresh for up to one week!
Notes
Add Freshness: Bone broth can benefit from a little freshness, try incorporating some fresh lemon or fresh chopped herbs before serving.
Variation tip: Roast the bones for about a half hour, this gives the bone broth and even deeper, richer flavor.
Alternate ingredient: Feel free to add some apple cider vinegar to the the pot before cooking. The acid helps pull out all the collagen and other good nutrients that you desire.
Alternate cooking method tip: Alternatively, this broth can be made in a slow cooker or the stove top but it can take up to 12 hours
