Air Fryer Taquitos
shredded cooked chicken
fresh cantina style salsa
6”-8” in size
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning.
Once mixed fill the tortillas with 3-4 tablespoons of the chicken. Roll and set aside.
Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place taquitos in to cook at 380 for 10 minutes. Spray the taquitos with oil before cooking.
Remove and top with favorite pepper, cheese or sauce.
Mexican blend, taco or a nice cheddar.
Short cut tip:
Rotisserie chickens make this a super easy dish.
While the traditional taquito uses corn tortillas feel free to use flour or whole wheat.
Do not overfill:
You want these to be crispy so do not stuff them.
Feel free top with queso, sour cream, guacamole and a little fresh cilantro or parsley.
Beans can be used in place of meat.
