Instructions
Whisk eggs and mix the milk in in a medium sized bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and spices together.
Dunk one chicken strip into the egg mixture and then coat it in the flour mixture. Repeat for all strips.
Place battered strips in the air fryer basket and spray generously with oil.
Cook at 380 for 10 minutes. Flip chicken tenders, spray with oil and cook at 380 for 8 minutes.
Notes
Bread Crumbs:
Try a seasoned bread crumb such as Italian for a zesty flavor.
Cheese:
Feel free to add some Parmesan cheese to the coating for a cheesy taste and dip in marinara sauce.
Double:
A great party or tailgating treat so make more or double and freeze for a make ahead meal.
Spice:
Like it Hot? Make these and dip in your favorite wing sauce or alternatively, add some spice to the breading to make it hotter.
Preheat:
Remember to preheat your air fryer for best cooking, also don't forget to flip.
