Portion meat into 4 equal parts. Burgers will shrink in the instant pot so flatten them to be bigger than your bun.
Season each burger and wrap it in foil sealing it closed
Add one cup of water to the instant pot and place burgers on a trivet.
Close the lid and seal the pressure valve.
Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes to make sure meat comes to 165 degrees. Cook for longer as needed.
Manually release the pressure, unwrap the burgers and assemble with your favorite toppings

Add Cheese: After cooking, dump out the water, open the packets and top with your favorite cheese and then close lid and allow the heat to melt your cheese.
Better buns: A better bun makes a better burger, therefore experiment with a potato, onion, or brioche roll to make an amazing burger.
Variation tip: Feel free to add create a burger station with all your favorite toppings, tomato, lettuce, pickles etc. and allow everyone to create their own masterpiece.
Chili: Make it a chili or texas burger by adding your own chili.
Air fryer: If you do not have any Instant pot, they can be cooked in the air fryer. Cook on 360 degrees for 15 minutes.
