Combine the broth, Worcestershire, and cream of mushroom soup in the instant pot.
Season Steak with House Seasoning Blend and add to pot with mushrooms. Close the lid and seal the pressure valve.
Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes
Once finished, release pressure valve manually and remove lid.
Remove the steaks and serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
Pour gravy over steaks and side. If gravy needs thickening, stir flour or cornstarch in one tablespoon at a time until desired thickness is achieved

Recipe Can be Doubled: A great recipe for a crowd. Simply increase the ingredients proportionately.
Add Onion Soup Mix: Like a little onion flavor? Add a package of dehydrated onion soup mix, or a beef and onion soup broth. Alternatively, top with my 10 MINUTE CARAMELIZED ONIONS RECIPE.
Creamy Sauce: Feel free to remove the meat from the instant pot and add a little cream and cornstarch to make a thick creamy gravy.
Variation tip: Button mushrooms can replace the portabella mushrooms.
