Ingredients

Taco Seasoning Blend

House Seasoning Blend

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine corn, cheese, bell pepper, red onion and garlic; Stir until combined.
Stir in mayonnaise, Taco Seasoning Blend and House Seasoning Blend; Stir until completely combined.
Top with crushed Fritos just before serving.
Notes
Add Black Beans:
Drained and rinsed black beans are wonderful in this recipe.
Short cut tip:
Pre sliced and minced vegetables and pre shredded cheese can be used.
Variation tip:
Feel free to add traditional or flavored ranch dressing in place of mayonnaise.
Alternate ingredient:
Bacon! Crumbled up bacon or bach bits add a great flavor.
Chicken:
Diced grilled chicken makes it a meal.
Lime:
Zing it up with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
