Place chicken breast into slow cooker and add onions and seasoning.
In a mixing bowl, combine the soup, broth, garlic and gravy mix. Pour over chicken.
Add the stuffing crumbs and slow cook for 6 hours or until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
Shred the chicken and serve.

This Recipe Can be Doubled: Have a bigger family, double the amounts and have enough for more or freeze half.
Add Veggies: During the last few minutes, stir in some baby peas or canned corn.
Thighs: If you like dark meat, use boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
