Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a baking rack on top of the baking sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Arrange the burger patties on the baking rack.
Season both sides of the burgers with burger seasoning blend.
Place burgers in the center of the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, flipping after 12 minutes.
If you want to add cheese, place one slice of cheese on each patty during the last 2 minutes of baking.
Remove from oven and serve on burger buns.

Base Recipe: If you don't have access to a grill or its not grilling season, this method for baking burgers in the oven is a great alternative and you can use it a base recipe to make any other variation of burgers! Such as these Pizza Burgers or Lager Bacon Burgers!
Frozen Turkey Burgers: You can also use this method to cook frozen turkey burgers in the oven as well.
Low-Carb: For low-carb burgers, sub the burger bun for lettuce wraps.
Add Cheese: Add sharp cheddar or white cheddar make even more flavorful burgers.
