Notes
Add Fresh Herbs: Finish with a teaspoon or two of basil, parsley or your favorite.
Short cut tip: Prepare your BBQ sauce ahead or time and keep in the fridge.
Variation tip: Fish is done when it flakes but is not dried out.
Alternate ingredients: Chilies will add heat and brown sugar will make it sweet. Therefore you can always change up the flavors.
Alternate cooking method tip: The salmon can be cooked in the air fryer or in the oven if you can not get to the grill, simply make sure it reaches at least 120 degrees on the meat thermometer.
Zest: Lemon Zest or lime zest or lime juice add real zing or use a tropical flair by adding some grilled pineapple slices.
